TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations
All reservations should be made before arrival in Jamaica.
Reservations made after arrival will attract a 10% service charge.
Reservations can be modified or cancelled one month in advance without penalty.
Modifications or cancellations within a month will attract a 15% penalty on
the cost of the tour(s).
For reservations made within one month of scheduled date, please contact us
before paying to ensure space availability on the tours
By making a reservation, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and
accepted our terms and conditions.
Tour rates are subject to change without notice. Only tours that have been
fully paid for before the change will not be affected.
Payment
Full payment is to be made at least one month before arrival to Jamaica.
We suggest that payments be made by credit card via our website; however,
payments can also be made via PayPal. Please contact us before you pay by
PayPal.
The person whose name is on the credit card or PayPal account must be a part
of the group.
Cash is accepted for tours made after arrival.
Tours
Transportation for all tours, except Chukka Caribbean's Safari Tour, will
be provided by Cool Runnings Tours Jamaica.
Your Cool Runnings Tours' representative on each tour is the final authority
on all important decisions.
A minimum of two (2) people is required for each tour.
One member of each tour group will be given a cell phone with which to communicate
with your assigned Cool Runnings Tours representative at any time throughout
your entire stay in Jamaica. That member is financially responsible for any
damage to or loss of the phone.
Tours that are cancelled due to inclement weather or severe social disturbances
will be rescheduled. If that is not possible, you will be reimbursed up to
100% of the tour cost depending on how much of the tour was completed. Tipping
is optional, but always welcome.
Our Promise To You
You are guaranteed transportation to and from the airport and your hotel and
to and from your hotel and the tour location.
With the exception of an unforeseen event, you are guaranteed to arrive on
time for all your tours.
You will receive a free gift or a short bonus tour if you are dissatisfied
with or unable to take part in your chosen tour as a result of circumstances
beyond your control.
We will not recommend or encourage participation in any activities that would
recklessly endanger your person.
Before you arrive, you will be provided with a complete itinerary of all the
tours you have booked with us.
You will enjoy your Jamaican vacation!
Our Obligations
We are obligated to do our best to ensure your safety at all times by seeing
to it that all our laws are obeyed and all precautions are taken seriously.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour or prevent an individual from participating
in a tour activity if that person is drunk, too ill, dressed inappropriately
or otherwise unable to safely complete said tour.
