Cool Runnings Tours Jamaica was started in July, 2007 by its president, Pat Brown. In an already crowded tour industry in Jamaica, we have identified a niche market with the infinite potential of boosting tourism in the country - Asia. Having spent almost eight years living, working and studying in Japan, Pat has had the opportunity to learn a lot about Japanese people, language and culture as well as neighbouring countries. She looks forward to using this knowledge build a tour company that specializes in sharing beautiful Jamaica with visitors from Asia and the rest of the world.
Our company has one simple pledge: "To provide all our customers excellent service throughout their stay in our country so that when they leave they will have only pleasant memories about their experience." We will advertise and quote reasonable prices; accurately identify facilities, accommodations and services and promptly inform tour operators and customers of any changes to their plans. By doing this we hope to help to bring tourism in Jamaica to a higher level. We hope all who we serve will agree, at the end of their stay in beautiful Jamaica, that we have achieved our goal.
